With over 2,001 m2 (730 m2 built), capacity for 12 people and 6 available bedrooms, located in the best area of Ibiza: Vista Alegre, a private community equipped with the most advanced security measures and where the best Villas on the island are located. The Villa also has a dock right in front and our 2 boats available for you. In addition to that, 4 vehicles and between 2 and 4 staff members depending on the season (4 in high season).

The Villa was acquired by the family office in January 2001 and was conceived according to the original project by the renowned Ibiza architect Luis Gascón. Since its acquisition, significant extensions and renovations have been carried out to put it at the service of our clients.
The rehabilitation of the estate has been carried out under the direction of the also renowned architect of international prestige Guillermo Bañares (†), who has managed to preserve and enhance the authenticity and exclusivity of this Villa. Thanks to these latest reforms, it is possible to enjoy the Villa during any season of the year as it is fully equipped for it. Additionally, Ibiza boasts an incredible Mediterranean climate with hot summers and warm winters, and it is sunny all year round.
